Mission
Fair Lawn Women of Action believes that, in order to maintain a true democracy, our elected representatives must exhibit honesty, ethical behavior, and fairness at all times. These ideals are essential to maintaining our Republic and we are committed to advancing those ideals and resisting any efforts by the government to challenge those ideals.
Our goals are to educate, empower and engage the women of Fair Lawn, as well as the neighboring towns, to effect progressive change on not only a national level, but a state and local level. We hail from diverse cultures, belief systems and financial means but have come together to honor and respect those differences in an effort to resist the current administration’s dangerous agenda.
Through social media, as well as action-oriented and informational events, we strive to advance a progressive agenda. We will support candidates that share our values and encourage public officials to adopt progressive policies. We want to celebrate and protect our community’s diversity because we recognize that our differences are what makes the United States of America and our community strong.
